1. Remove one catalyst paste and one base paste and mix the two together by rolling and kneading in your hand for approximately 45 seconds until well blended into one color. The material will begin to harden if mixed for more than 1 minute.



2. Roll out the material the width of the tray. Press the material and shape into the tray.


3. Take the loaded tray and place over the upper teeth. Teeth should be centered in the impression material. Press firmly and with your fingers so you can feel the material flow over your teeth and gums. Do Not Bite Down - just hold in place with your fingers. The impression material will extrude through the holes on the tray. Keep the impression in place for one minute, remove and rinse in cold water. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE YOUR IMPRESSIONS IS ONLY 1 MINUTE EACH.

DO NOT remove the molds from the trays.

4. Check to make sure that you can see the impressions of your teeth in the impression putty. In case of error, you may use the tray again. An extra package of impression material is included.

5. To make the impressions for the lower teeth, repeat steps 2-4. Place the tray over the lower teeth. Remember not to bite down.

6. Place the impressions in the preaddressed stamped packing envelope and return to Smile Brite .Net. We will make your customized bleaching trays in our certified laboratory and send them back to you within 7-10 business days.

1. Before each bleaching treatment, brush and floss your teeth. Do not use mouthwash prior to bleaching.
   
   
2. Using Treatment Syringes: Remove the cap by twisting counterclockwise on the syringe barrel. Put the pink metal tip applicator on the syringe and twist.Inject a small amount of gel, approxiamtly the size of a pin head, on the front wall of each tooth impression. You only need a very small amount for each arch treatment.
   
   
3. Wearing the Bleaching Trays: After filling the tray, place the tray firmly over the teeth. Wipe off any excess gel with a tissue. Wear your whitening tray for at least one hour or up to 3 hours. You may sleep in your tray if you prefer.
   
   
   
   
4. Post Whitening Preparation: After you remove the trays at the end of each treatment, brush your teeth softly with warm water only to remove gel. Do not Floss or use toothpaste.
   
   
5. Caring for Your Trays and Gel: After each treatment, wash trays in warm water. Store trays and gel in cool dry place away from direct sunlight. The gel may be refrigerated, but do not freeze.
   
   
6. Post Procedure Maintenance: Brush, floss and continue routine dental cleaning and office visits.

Tooth sensitivity to cold may occur during treatment. Nonspecific sensitivity in teeth, tongue, lips, and throat may be a temporary side effect in some patients. If sensitivity occurs, it will usually subside within two to three days after treatment is interrupted. If any of these symptoms are more than mild, eliminate treatment and contact the office at  1 888-257-2455 It is recommended that clients who are pregnant or lactating consult their physician prior to use. Do not eat, drink, or smoke while wearing your whitening trays. Keep out of reach of children.

Our bleaching product is nontoxic. To ensure safety, please handle gel properly:

• If gel comes into contact with your eyes, simply flush your eyes with warm water for five minutes.
  
  
• If gel comes into contact with your skin, rience with warm water.
  
  
• If gel is ingested in a large quanity of one ounce or the equivalent of one to four syringes, consult a physican.
  
  
• If gel comes into contact with cloths, simply wash the area with warm water.
