If we were to open up stores we’d be subject to many of the same overhead, expenses, and expectations that doctors have, and you get back to something that costs just as much as dentistry. But we wanted to say “no” to dentists and the high cost, and we only wanted to deal directly with people who were looking for an alternative solution. We think -online- is the best way for us to have an arms-length transaction, to be designers, to use technology, and innovation – and to do it in a way that’s still affordable.
