Hey guys. I don’t know if you can tell it but we’re doing some changes. We’re actually making some…Well we’re just building up some stuff, and instead of telling you about it, I’ll tell you about it later this week.
I want to do a blog before we wrap it up tomorrow. I’ve got some other things I have to do so I want to try to get this done today. We’re doing a wrap-up on a blog for someone who did a review on our product out of the UK. A young lady by the name of Sheila.
I don’t know Sheila, never met her, never had a conversation with her. Sheila is a new up-and-coming youtuber. She reached out to do these new clip on or instant or insta whatever smile makeovers online in the UK.
I think they’re getting a bad rap. In the first video we watched, and let it happen, and then we thought maybe they could fix it. Then the second one, we watched it and it didn’t get fixed. And I think in the third attempt she finally just kind of gave up.
I do not feel like there’s anything else I could possibly do. I should have really done my research and that’s just the end of it. And so, if someone from our company actually reached out and said we want to send you something. We want to see if we can maybe help your smile, and there was never any direction whatsoever of even one word of what to say or not to say.
I’ve never spoke with her, she’s never spoke with me. I’ve never spoke with her indirectly. Our directors basically said, “It’s a pro bono case because we think she got ripped off,” and I think you can tell from her video that she’s just lost as to how it came about.
But we just thought she was a decent person that needed not to be in a position where she would have told people that she didn’t get her money’s worth.
And so one more thing I want to say about Sheila’s smile. it was 100% obvious to us that even though she considered herself her case to be bad and even though she was considered to be sensitive, we knew a hundred percent that if we take the smile that wasn’t really arched like it needed to be, and we added weight in certain areas, and we contoured the tooth to bring down and to reduce thickness, and we properly moved some of the weight from maybe left to right or even out the smile, that she would have a smile that was no longer a part of her conversation.
It may not be exceptional, but it’s no longer going to be negative. We thought that we could 100% give her a smile that would give her an average position in every conversation she’s ever been in.
Like if she goes to pictures, or presentations, or a special event, her teeth and smile will never be part of a conversation any more than, “Oh, a nice dress,” or “Oh, what color hair?” Or earrings, or nails, and we always say it’s not about your smile it’s about who you are when you’re smiling.
And if you’re worried about covering your teeth or thinking you can’t jump in on pictures then that leads to a negative life.
If you watch her previous videos, it’s not real hard to see that she was extremely unhappy…

And then you look at the new video with the new product and I think you can tell that that she got something that was competitive with going to a cosmetic dentist, and we just wanted the people in the UK to know that you have an option.
And I think you should subscribe Sheila’s channel, and not only should you subscribe, but I’m looking, interested. I’m very interested in seeing some of the things that she has to say in the future.

Hi everybody. Welcome back to my channel, and let me start off by saying, and it’s like, gonna be weird, I am not paid to do this video at all. This company has not paid me to say what I’m gonna say. I am gonna say this these things because it’s my honest opinion.
I’ve not been too happy about the Instasmile. Well, little did I know, another company was actually keeping tabs on my videos and I think everybody, everybody’s probably heard about them. They’re called a Brighter Image Lab.
I was looking for my emails one night, and I come across an email that I did not recognize. It said, “Hi there Sheila, my name is Matt. We have been watching your videos, and we thought about reaching out to help you.”
I was absolutely gobsmacked. I did not know what to think of this when I read it. I thought it was a whole joke so I decided to contact him back and explain what was going on, and they said they would be happy for me to do impressions and see if they could do my teeth.
When I got the impression, I was like this company is actually going out their way to help me! They was with me every step of the way and they had me, like, sending pictures in because they like pictures of the teeth up close so they can get me the impressions dead on. And even phone called me from the US to make sure that everything was okay.
They was with me every step of the way. The last email was to say your veneers are on the way. I got the parcel, I opened them up, and I was gobsmacked at the quality. Like, say this is my honest opinion. I am NOT just saying this because that company decided to help me.
I’m telling you now for somebody to contact you out the blue, you know I was grateful. I just could not say thank you enough soon as I got them I did do one thing. I put Instasmile and Brighter Image Lab together and instantly, you can tell the bloody difference.
They straightened my teeth out, they they polish them up to a high standard. They…I’ll show you instead of me rattling on. I want to show you the quality. To me just the comparison between the two is just huge.
So obviously you’re waiting to see what I look like in them. They tried their hardest to get them as straight as possible and as thin as possible, so let’s get started let’s put them in. They fit completely up to the lines of my gums, so there you go.
That is my teeth in, and I don’t, I just I just feel so comfortable with them in. I don’t know, I’m ecstatic really. I just think they look totally different from Instasmile.
Can you see them? Right up to the gums. Right up, oh so smooth. If people can’t see the difference…I could see the difference straightaway, but I just know there’s a huge difference from the Instasmile from these and I am just really, really happy!
Like I say, trying to improve gnarly teeth like mine, I’m surprised I actually pulled it off. I mean I give them a big hand, I really do for pulling it off. For me, so yeah, I just think they are really really good.
I really do I do not know why they decided out of everybody in the world, out of all the people that moan about Instasmile, why they contacted me. But I’m telling you now, I am grateful. I am thankful to the the company and I think they have done amazing job.
Last thing I want to say is I am ever, ever, if you are watching this film Matt Cobb and your Brighter Image Lab, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me. I totally appreciate it. You worked so close with me and always kept me in the loop with the emails and, like I said I am ever ever grateful to your company, I just am.
