They were extremely easy to work with, always right on top of answering any questions that I had, and they even gave me upgrade options. I ended up with the best of the best! I recently ordered the top arch IncrediBIL Veneer from Brighter Image Lab, and I have to say, the entire process was incredibly smooth! From start to finish, everything went seamlessly. After receiving my veneers, I needed a small revision to make my canine teeth pointier and straighten the front teeth. I was so impressed by how quickly they handled the revision — no issues at all, and everything was done in no time!

I have some difficulty speaking with the veneers in, and was told that it’s because my mouth muscles aren’t used to it. I emailed their customer service, and they responded thoughtfully and quickly — always within 24 hours — providing helpful tips on how to adjust. I am following their advice and wearing the veneers as much as possible, so hopefully I will eventually sound normal!

I have to say, these veneers have completely transformed my smile and made me look so much more youthful. I feel absolutely beautiful with them on, and I love the boost of confidence they’ve given me. On top of that, I was able to get 30% off, which made the veneers much more affordable!

Awesome product. Perfect fit. Processed and received very quickly. Looks very natural. Only a little bulky but you get used to it. I broke my first set being careless. I ordered the BIL veneers in October this year. I was very excited to receive these veneers as I had planned to wear them to a Christmas party. The bottom veneer fit nicely and looked natural. It is made from a very thin material making it comfortable. Unfortunately the top arch had a damaged tooth and needed to be sent back for adjustments. I am excited to see what the set will look like and will post pictures once complete.

Once I got them ….omg I was immediately in love with the fact that my super crooked overlapped teeth were PERFECT! Fast forward 3 years I ended up ordering double arch set so I had all around perfect teeth ! Again they knocked it outta the park! Fast forward another 3 years and here I am with my brand new arch set. (I broke the last set in an accident) here again home run from BIL and I’m all smiles! Now, I know they say don’t eat in them but let me tell you in my experience…. I only took them out at night to clean and while I slept. I’ve eaten everything in them and I mean everything! I can not thank this company enough for what they do for people who can’t afford dentist cost veneers ! Honestly the quality of these I would are the same and no where near the price! Hello I just wanted to share my experience. I really do love the veneers. I got the bil veneers and they were a bit to get used to at first but they did make me feel so much better about my smile. The only negative I can say is that my veneers got stained pretty quickly and I did try to stay away from things that could stain them. I need to order new tops because the difference in color is very noticeable and I’m not as confident smiling as I was when I first got them. Overall they are amazing and I love them and have referred many people on getting them.
