This company is hands down one of the best! They were constantly checking in on me through out the whole process. No questions were left unanswered and they truly treat you with the up most respect and kindness. Everyone wants a perfect smile but cannot afford the budget-but with brighter image lab you are able to have that perfect smile on your budget. Don’t let people mislead you, this company is absolutely incredible. Excellent product and even better customer service. Any time I have ever had an issue it’s been resolved and within a timely manner. People seem to forget that companies have other customers too that need help and so they might not get back to you right away. But if want to be able to get your confidence back and feel good about your smile again then I can’t recommend a better company. Honestly don’t believe the negative reviews out here!! Read between the lines, you can tell most people are mad they’re not getting something for free or need to return veneer for a warranty. I had to return mine twice but so glad I did!! It’s perfect now and I can’t get duplicates and not have to make new impressions. It’s worth it!!

I decided to look for pop on veneers about a year ago because I was having problems with my teeth and wasn’t totally happy with my smile. I decided to go with Brighter Image Labs because of Bill‘s message, his craftsmanship, the overall quality, and the reviews that I’ve read have been fantastic. I received the impression kit in the mail which was super simple, took me about a minute to take care of, I shipped it back and within a couple of weeks I received my new veneers. I’m highly impressed! They fit amazing, they look fantastic, the colors is incredible, And although I have a slight lisp from learning how to use them, I’m still very happy with the overall results! Okay so I have had my new pair of Veneers for about a week now I got a new set after my old ones finally were giving out they lasted for ever I got them in 2022 I do believe ❤️ I do absolutely love this company but I do have to say that the Quality of the veneers I just got a week ago have gone down from my first pair they are great but there is some bald spots like places where it looks like it was missed on my molar part. There was a very thin piece that I had to cut off and that left half of my molar covered in the back though so in the front it doesn’t show. The fit is good but not as good I do feel like theses ones will not last as long as my first pair and for the money that I sent on them that is a little disappointing. They are still the best in the business and look the most realistic. Just A little disappointed in the quality of them this time around. I took pictures of my old ones and my new ones all in all they’re pretty good just not as good as my old ones

Brighter Image veneers will change your life! Customer Service people are very helpful, they go above and beyond on all your needs. Their veneers are top notch! They will change your life! I can't go a day not wearing them! My veneers give me more confidence, I smile more, and changes your overall appearance. They actually look and feel like real teeth! Owning their veneers, I find that I can't live without them! Don't buy those ugly cheap snap on veneers, or pay the out rages price for the pain and suffering that takes months to years to make and to fit right. Splurge just a little, because we all deserve to have the confidence to smile big!!!
