Our financing process is very simple:
1. Complete your application below.
2. Your down payment will be processed once we receive your application.
3. Sign your installment agreement using the link emailed from DocuSign.
That’s it. Once your installment agreement is signed, the financing company will notify us, and we will ship your impression system.
If you purchased through a 3rd party financing company, your veneer will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
Absolutely! However, in certain instances the financing company may require an additional security deposit. This deposit is refundable. Please review your installment agreement for further details.
Yes, when you submit your application, you will be asked for your permission to pull a copy of your credit report. The financing company will access and review your credit report and their inquiry will then be listed on your report in the future. Some people refer to this as a āhard credit checkā.
Once you enter into an agreement with the finance company and sign your contract, we cannot add or remove anything from the order. The best time to decide is when you place your initial order. We have worked with the finance company to keep the payments low ā less than a $2 difference ā for both double and single arch selections.
The financing company does not pay the Lab Direct pricing when they place an order on your behalf. We offer our Lab Direct clients this discount as a benefit, but the downside is having to pay the entire amount within 30 days. If you cannot afford to do this or would like to build your credit portfolio, we recommend financing the veneers to both split the cost into smaller, more manageable payments, and to help build your credit rating up by making payments on time.
As long as your application was received, you can expect to receive documents from the financing company, usually within 2 business days. If you have waited more than 2 business days, please send an email to [email protected].
You may cancel your application by emailing [email protected] using the subject line of āCancelā. You may also ask that they transfer your down payment to Brighter Image Lab if you would like to purchase at the Lab Direct pricing.
When this happens, it is usually because the financing company required a security deposit on top of the down payment. On the contract that is submitted, there is a section specifically mentioning the requirement of a security deposit. There you should find the amount which was deducted from your account.
Yes, in fact, we report to all 3 major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion). These monthly reports reflect late, delinquent, and on-time payments, which some clients have said was the perfect way to improve their credit!
