Taking impressions of your teeth is a new thing for most people. We give you enough material to try 3 times, so don't worry if you don't get it right the first time. What if my veneers don't fit or I don't like them? Can I get a refund?

Our dental lab takes every measure to ensure your veneers achieve a precise snap-fit before shipment. However, in approximately 12–15% of cases, adjustments may be necessary. When this occurs, we will remake your veneers— up to two (2) times, at no additional cost. If a remake is needed, we ask clients to share clear details—notes, photos, or videos—of any fit issues to help our lab achieve the best results. We also recommend calling our Client Services team for guidance before redoing impressions. They can often identify the cause of fit issues in just a quick call.

Can I eat or sleep with veneers on? How do I clean veneers?

To maintain the longevity, durability, and appearance of your veneers, we always recommend removing them before eating or sleeping. However, many clients comfortably eat with them in place. If you choose to eat with the veneers in place, keep in mind they are cosmetic covers—opt for softer foods and cut items into small, manageable pieces. Avoid hard or chewy foods and always rinse your veneers thoroughly after eating. While it’s best not to sleep in your veneers, we understand it may happen occasionally. Try to avoid it whenever possible. To clean your veneers, we recommend putting them in our UltraSonic Cleaner with a denture soak (any generic brand will do). We do NOT recommend brushing your veneers with a toothbrush. When not in use, store your veneers in their protective case. Avoid putting any excessive stress on them and remember—they are cosmetic covers, not a replacement for the function of natural teeth.

Do veneers cover missing teeth? What all do they cover? What is an "arch"?

Our veneers wrap around existing teeth, and where teeth are missing, the veneer is solid to create the appearance of a full smile. A minimum of 4 teeth (6 preferred) is needed for proper fit. They cover the front 8–10 "smile teeth," so missing back molars won’t be covered. With less than that, we have difficulty anchoring the veneer properly and creating a perfect fit becomes a problem. An arch refers to either the top or bottom row of teeth. Veneers are created per arch, and crafting both requires double the materials, time, and effort. From time to time, discounts may be offered when both arches are purchased together.

I have bad credit, will I still be approved?

Absolutely! However, in certain instances the financing company may require an additional security deposit. This deposit is refundable. Please review your installment agreement for further details.

Do you report payments to any credit bureaus?

Yes, in fact, we report to all 3 major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion). These monthly reports reflect late, delinquent, and on-time payments, which some clients have said was the perfect way to improve their credit!

How does this process work?

Our financing process is very simple:

Sign your installment agreement using the link emailed from DocuSign.

That's it. Once your installment agreement is signed, the financing company will notify us, and we will ship your impression system.

What is the status of my application?

As long as your application was received, you can expect to receive documents from the financing company, usually within 2 business days. If you have waited more than 2 business days, please send an email to [email protected].

How do I cancel my application?

You may cancel your application by emailing [email protected] using the subject line of “Cancel”. You may also ask that they transfer your down payment to Brighter Image Lab if you would like to purchase at the Lab Direct pricing.

Do they have to be paid off before I receive them?

If you purchased through a 3rd party financing company, your veneer will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

I think you charged the down payment twice?

When this happens, it is usually because the financing company required a security deposit on top of the down payment. On the contract that is submitted, there is a section specifically mentioning the requirement of a security deposit. There you should find the amount which was deducted from your account.

Why did you report me to the credit bureau?

The financing company uses software to track payments and report them to the credit bureau. It automatically reports when payments are made, and when they are missed. If you feel that you have been reported in error, please send an email to [email protected]

Why is it more than advertised?

The financing company does not pay the Lab Direct pricing when they place an order on your behalf. We offer our Lab Direct clients this discount as a benefit, but the downside is having to pay the entire amount within 30 days. If you cannot afford to do this or would like to build your credit portfolio, we recommend financing the veneers to both split the cost into smaller, more manageable payments, and to help build your credit rating up by making payments on time.

Do you guys do a credit check?

Yes, when you submit your application, you will be asked for your permission to pull a copy of your credit report. The financing company will access and review your credit report and their inquiry will then be listed on your report in the future. Some people refer to this as a “hard credit check”.

Can I buy one arch now and add the other arch later?

Once you enter into an agreement with the finance company and sign your contract, we cannot add or remove anything from the order. The best time to decide is when you place your initial order. We have worked with the finance company to keep the payments low – less than a $2 difference – for both double and single arch selections.

I recently ordered the top arch IncrediBIL Veneer from Brighter Image Lab, and I have to say, the entire process was incredibly smooth! From start to finish, everything went seamlessly. After receiving my veneers, I needed a small revision to make my canine teeth pointier and straighten the front teeth. I was so impressed by how quickly they handled the revision — no issues at all, and everything was done in no time!

I have some difficulty speaking with the veneers in, and was told that it’s because my mouth muscles aren’t used to it. I emailed their customer service, and they responded thoughtfully and quickly — always within 24 hours — providing helpful tips on how to adjust. I am following their advice and wearing the veneers as much as possible, so hopefully I will eventually sound normal!
