No, there’s no dentists on our staff, and the reason being is because the laws right now are so strong that you can’t, and we don’t want them. We don’t need them. If you were to give me 1,000 dentists today, I have nothing against any of them, but none of them know how to make a removable dental veneer. Less than 1% of the doctors in this country have the technology that allows them to improve someone’s smile without doing dentistry, and the reason being is it’s not profitable. So we try to separate ourselves, even when clients call us. We have doctors who call us and say, “Can you do this for a client?” And that’s what we tell them. We don’t mind helping your client, but we always deal with the client personally.

Well, the [impression] system was a big deal. The technology is off the charts. The things that we do every day weren’t possible years ago. The new technology, the new impression material is so incredibly sophisticated that there is no longer any value in paying your doctor 100’s of dollars for him to show you how to make an impression. You also have technology that does what’s called model manipulation. If you didn’t read the instructions, if you sent in a bad impression, and you asked us to build your smile based on a compromised impression we can fix it. If we get a bite mark we can build a smile on it as long as we have a gumline. So with that, that’s all we need is a bottom bite, and a gumline and we’re done, we’ll fix it if it’s bad. The technology is what’s made it. If it wasn’t for the impression system, it would be dead.

Click here for video answer to What holds the veneer in place? Couldn’t it fall off?

Well I mentioned that before, the design of the veneer is creative. We had the same concerns when we got started. Now what’s happened is because we’re able to design in microns, remember we’re slicing nail polish. We make a decision based on every smile as to where the curvature of the tooth is. If you were to take the design of your tooth, they always arch more narrow at the top than they do at the bottom, and with that is you have the curve and you have a resin that’s flexible, it pushes on and it holds. This resin holds its position for years, and it really never changes.

Because it’s thin, and because it’s strong, and because it’s flexible, you have the arch of the tooth, you have the arch of the mouth, and you have the curvature of the tooth, all of those. Plus you have the natural suction of the tooth. We used to think that they would be too loose, and that was our concern was that we couldn’t get into it. We always tell them that we always design 100%, not 99, not 101. We’re now perfect, and that design is designed to fit the curvature of that tooth, the arch of that tooth, and the gumline of that tooth and it will hold.

Everybody that you’ve seen has a different smile. We always ask people, do not challenge your teeth. It’s not a treatment plan. We haven’t “fixed” your teeth. What we’re asking you to do is survive a social setting. We believe wholeheartedly that the natural smile that you can go back and pick 50% of the people that I showed you and they can all chew away on their veneer. Two of those people need to not challenge it. Three of those people need to slow down when they start chewing on steak. They don’t do anything to fix your teeth. They only replace the appearance of your teeth. They don’t do anything but smile enhancement. So, but they are designed to survive a social setting. If you go to dinner with your friends, you don’t have to take them out. All you have to do is be careful with what it is that you’re entertaining, and make sure that you’re going to be careful. People have been doing it for years, whether they had regular teeth or not. First date, you don’t eat this, you don’t eat that, nobody eats spaghetti, they stay away from certain foods. You’ll do the same thing in a social setting.

Let me tell you a couple of things about pricing. First of all, [the veneers] started out about $1000, and now they’re down to around $750… and we’d do them for less if we could. But let me talk to you a little more about pricing. Not only did we make them $750 (if that’s an average) but we also made it so that people could pay half down. Our goal is to make sure that anybody who needs one, can call us and say “I don’t have the money, but I want to get started, but it’s a real interest. I’m truly, sincerely, genuinely interested.”

And then we have what’s called a Smile Away program. Now it’s not layaway – it’s Smile Away – because we actually start on it. Once we start on it, they pay $149 down and then they make payments until it’s paid for. So what’s happened is, you take these people who say “I don’t have a choice, there’s just no reason, there’s no way” and we say “Let’s put them on the board. Let’s work with them, let’s get it designed, let’s so if we can process it.

So these are the things we got started with. The challenges that we had was to make sure that the prices didn’t get away [from us]. We didn’t want to get into an arena where everyone was doing everything that the market could bare. All we really wanted to do was ensure we had the ability to, fundamentally, be a strong company.

*Our Smile Away program has been replaced with a financing program that offers the same, low $149 down payment with 0% Interest and 100% approval.*

If you are concerned because you do not have a checking account or credit card, we also accept payment by Wire Transfer. You can find the details by clicking on the following image:

Click here for video answer to how long do removable veneers last

The big deal about removable dental veneers is they’re designed to last you for years and years, but they’re all based on how you take care of them. Some people don’t wear them all the time. Some people only wear them when they’re not at work. Some people wear them when they go out. So all of the bearings, it’s normal wear and tear, but if you treat it like it’s the only veneer you have…If it’s a tool that you use to be part of your monthly makeup, then you’re going to take care of that veneer. If you take care of it, it should last you more than five years.

Click here for video answer to can I sleep in them

The reason why people ask us if they can sleep with them is because a lot of people who are dating are dating people who don’t know they have a veneer. So we tell them we would appreciate it if they didn’t sleep in them, but a lot of people we know do.

Click here for video answer to how do you make these available to the people who need it the most

All the time, we’re behind. We have more clients than we can take. What happens is we tell them if you just want to fix your teeth, if you want a Jessica Simpson smile, or you want to look like Halle Berry, or you want to look like Jennifer Anniston or Julia Roberts, then you know we can help you, but you’re not our guy. And because we deal with people that have issues. People that have real concerns and real challenges. We don’t mind doing them, but we don’t want you in line if we’re booked up.

Click here for video answer to so you don't have any locations where I can come in for an appointment

Absolutely not.

Everything we do is done through the website. What happens is almost everybody starts out with a search. You gotta realize, we knew that the search was the way for us to grow because we knew that either something was wrong, something was happening, and there’s never been a better time to talk to somebody than when they are searching.

It’s the best way for us to have a solution oriented conversation that didn’t involve dental treatment. That didn’t involve dentistry. My fear with that before is that if we open up stores or we get close to what doctors are doing, you get back to dentistry, dentistry, dentistry.

For the first time we wanted to say no dentistry, and we only wanted to deal initially with people who were a challenge, who were trying to solve an alternative to a challenge. We think that online is the best way for us to have an arms-length transaction, to be designers, to use technology, and innovation.

Click here for video answer to how long does it take to make the veneers

We have two processes. We have an express that’s 15 days from the date we receive usable impressions. However, because every impression has an individual set of challenges, some of those are replaced with one designer, some have a different level designer. Some have what we call a case consult where a couple of us get together and say what happened.

So we tell everybody 30 days. We do them in batches. That’s how we make them affordable. The 3d Printers takes the same time to do one tooth as they do a plate. We can do 24 sets of what we call full arch removable veneers in the same time to do one, so we do them in batches.

But the majority of clients who come to us are seeing 30 days guaranteed, 15 days guaranteed, and if they do 30 we’re seeing them go out in 21 days. That was one of the challenges when we first got started. It wasn’t a pretty picture, and when we first got started, we tried to put disclaimers, but people were only concerned about 30 days.

Click here for video answer to do you do any work outside the US

We do a lot of US work, but I would say 40% our business is non-US based.

It’s growing to the point that it’s not equal. We actually shut advertising off and we blocked ourselves from certain countries in order to not get an inherited amount. UK, Australia, Canada is on our schedule daily. We want to be sensitive about how we’re dealing with it.

We just now got some contracts from DHL and FedEx that guarantees that if we take a foreign account form Canada, or from the UK, or Australia, or Ireland or any of the countries around there, we can get a 5 day delivery, either way.

All we try to do is be super sensitive and try go get people who are sober on both sides of the phone. We’re not excited about getting accounts/cases that we can’t mature, and we don’t want anyone getting excited about a case that’s going to have some complication.

One of the commitments that we had was to never drop below what we would consider 100% every time. Everything that we do is 100%, so that’s why we’re real careful about going after other countries.

I have to tell you that I’ve never been more appreciated in the UK. I’ve never been more appreciated in Australia. I’ve never been more appreciated in Ireland. The work that we do for those people is so profound.

Every day we are getting a “thank you” letter, and I can’t remember being in a business, knowing of a business where people would actually give you money, stop, send you pictures and a “thank you” card, and a letter that says, “I want to appreciate what you’ve done for me, you don’t know what you did.”

When you asked us to improve your smile, really, what you’ve asked us to do is go to work and create a new redesign over your existing smile. You have purchased custom design time & a lab process to make you a custom veneer that fits only your smile. Every job requires re-designing your smile in 3D, using high quality materials to build your custom made veneer, and a unique delivery method for your removable veneer. Explaining the process helps it all make sense.

The following is the average time spent making a custom made veneer. When you purchased Removable Veneers, you’ve actually paid for: 3D Design Time, 3D Processing, Lab Costs, & Account Supervision*:

  • 3 Hours spent designing your veneers in 3D CAD Software.
  • 11 Hours spent printing your custom veneers on a 3D Printer.
  • 7 Hours spent in the lab processing & crafting your veneers.
  • 7 Hours spent in the lab fitting and polishing your veneers.
  • 3 Hours of time spent on data entry and customer service.

Throughout each step of the process your account status supervisor tracks the status of your custom made veneer and ensures quality controls are met or exceeded and that your custom veneer is shipped as soon as it is ready. It takes up to a 15 member crew to design, process, and deliver each custom made veneer. This explains why once we begin, there are NO CASH REFUNDS. The alternative is to work with us as we remake your veneers up to three (3) times. * Amounts of time listed are average for one cycle of the process. Amounts listed do not necessarily reflect actual time spent on your veneer.

Clients of all ages enjoy the new smile created for them using removable dental veneers. If you are concerned you may not be the right age for removable veneers, please call or chat with one of our smile experts.

There is no drilling, shots, grinding, or any other procedure necessary to wear removable veneers. Both PressOn Veneers and BIL Veneers are completely reversible and cause no damage to existing teeth.

We have clients who are musicians, public speakers, presenters, phone support agents, singers and many other professions that require clear speech. Most people will need some time to adjust to speaking with the veneers In place, but any impediments or lisps can be overcome with practice.

Our veneers are great for people who are missing teeth. The veneer will wrap around your remaining teeth like a shell, and where you’re missing teeth, it will be solid – in the shape of a tooth. Giving you a full, and uniform smile.

Each veneer needs a minimum or 4 teeth in order to hold in place properly, but we really prefer at least 6. With less than that, we have difficulty anchoring the veneer properly and creating a perfect fit becomes a problem. This page explains a little more in depth: https://brighterimagelab.com/am-i-eligible-for-brighter-image-lab/

No significant issues regarding tooth sensitivity while wearing removable veneers have been reported to us. We do recognize that our veneers are designed to be tight when a client first tries them on. This tightness does subside as you become acclimated to the veneer. If you experience further pain while wearing the removable veneer, we ask that you discontinue use. Any concerns regarding use of removable dental veneers for clients who have sensitive teeth should be directed to a smile expert.

The veneers are made from a nonporous material so they are very stain resistant. As long as you avoid abrasive substances like toothpaste, they shouldn’t stain. Tea, wine, coffee, and tobacco will all appear to stain your PressOn Veneers / BIL Veneers just as they stain teeth. Cleaning removable dental veneers is a snap, however. Always use a soft cloth to wipe them clean and soak them in denture cleaner daily.

The veneers really should be removed at night, and we recommend putting them in our UltraSonic Cleaner with a denture soak (any generic brand will do). We don’t advise eating any challenging foods, i.e, tough meats, harder breads –like bagels or baguettes. And if you do eat in the veneers, we recommend you rinse them thoroughly afterward. We’d also suggest keeping your Veneers in the protective case any time you aren’t wearing them – and always remember that this is purely cosmetic and is not intended to replace the function of your real teeth.

Our Veneers are made from similar materials as modern dentures. It is a crystallized resin, originally developed by NASA and is used particularly for its strength and durability. It is designed to last for years with the appropriate care.

We offer a “Bright White”, a “Natural White”, and a “Natural Stain”. Our most popular shade – by far – is the Natural White. It give the appearance of well-manicured smile, without being overbearing or fake. Generally we only recommend the Bright White for clients who are performers, and need their smile to ‘pop’ from across the room. And the Natural Stain is only for use in extreme cases where the client needs to match discolored teeth.

The veneers we make cover the first 8-10 teeth. They don’t go all the way to the back of the mouth. So missing back molars will not prevent you from getting a veneer, but those spaces also won’t be covered or filled.

Discuss your concerns with one of our smile experts before ordering if you wish for your PressOn Veneers to cover all of your teeth.

“Arch” is just a dental term for a full row of teeth. An upper arch is made up of all your top teeth, and a lower arch is all of your bottom teeth. We can make veneers for just your top arch, just your bottom arch, or both arches together. We recommend getting both arches at the same time, if your budget allows for it, but you know your situation best and we can help you either way.

PressOn Veneers and BIL Veneers are both offered on a per arch basis. The top and bottom teeth arches are created separately and thus require double the effort to create your amazing new smile. As such, to build both arches requires double the cost. From time to time we do offer a discount when clients purchase both arches at the same time. We do also offer 2 Easy Payments to make this more affordable.

Unfortunately, because we are a dental lab and not a dental practice we don’t accept any form of insurance. On occasion, we’ve found some insurance companies may reimburse you for our Veneers, but that is something you’ll need to discuss with your provider. If you believe they will do so, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork once it is requested.

If you are concerned because you do not have a checking account or credit card, we also accept payment by Wire Transfer. You can find the details by clicking on the following image:

When you place your order, we ship you a specialized impression system that has all of the materials and instructions you’ll need to take impressions of your own teeth at home. You’ll also get a pre-paid envelope for returning your completed impressions to our lab. Once we get your impressions we’ll use 3D scanning to create a digital model of your teeth, and our designers use that model to determine the fit and look of your veneers. That design is sent to our lab, where it’s created, and then detailed and polished by hand. Your completed veneer will go through 2 phases of quality control, and eventually be shipped right back to your door.

Making impressions isn’t hard, but it is new for most people. We understand that you may not get it perfect on the first try, so we send enough material to take 3 impressions per arch. That was you’ll have a few tries to get it right. And in addition to the printed instructions, we have multiple videos on our website that show the impression process from start to finish. If you read the instructions, watch the videos, and you’re still nervous, you can call me when you’re ready and I can stay on the phone and walk you through it. We’ve literally helped tens of thousands of people take their own impressions, so there’s no reason you can’t do it to.

New technology has made making an impression so easy that a dentist is no longer necessary for making a quality bite impression. Most dentists send their work to design labs like ours, so we were able to eliminate the dentist from the process, saving you hundreds!

If your impressions are determined to be usable, our team scans them into 3D CAD/CAM software which allows us to see what your existing smile looks like. We then build a smile to match your existing smile, filling in any missing, cracked, or chipped teeth. We then build a prototype using a 3D Printer and send this back to our technicians where they craft a quality set of PressOn Veneers, made to press on to your existing smile and give you the smile you’ve always dreamed of.

If for some reason, we can’t use the impressions you send us, we’ll make detailed notes about why, give you specific feedback on how to avoid that issue, and send you another impressions system automatically, at no charge. A great veneer starts with a great impression and our job is to help you accomplish that in whatever way we can.

If you have advanced gum disease, very loose teeth, infection or swelling, or any other condition that might prevent you from making impressions of your teeth, we ask that you please consult with your dentist, prior to using our impression system.

Once we get your impressions we’ll use 3D scanning to create a digital model of your teeth, and our designers use that model to determine the fit and look of your veneers. As long as they fit your mouth comfortably once you receive your removable veneers, no other work is necessary.

The dental lab does everything in their power to ensure that your veneers are a perfect snap fit before we ship them. However, 12 to 15 percent of our work does have to be adjusted. In these cases, a new model is made from the impressions, and the process is started over at no additional charge.

We strongly recommend that you call one of our smile specialists to receive phone instructions if you are directed to re-make your impressions.

After designing 70,000 veneers, we found a percentage of people are simply not committed to our Lab Direct Process. At any point in time, our lab is working on 250-300 clients. In an effort to keep pricing low, we have to know when a client places an order, they are committed to work with us to have his/her veneer made.

While we may present cases similar to yours on our website, we cannot guarantee similar results or your satisfaction with your results. After reviewing the cases we show on our website, you determine whether you are qualified for PressOn Veneers or BIL Veneers. From the moment we process your order, our design lab begins the process to create your removable dental veneers. This allows us to keep our pricing competitive. Once our lab receives the impressions and photos of your smile that you supply, a considerable amount of time, effort, labor, and costly materials is invested to complete the process. It is for this reason that there are No Cancellations and No Refunds.

Our Client Services Representatives are trained to ask questions to find out the specific cause of any fit issues. They are educated on usual problem areas and can usually determine the exact cause of any fit issue within the span of a brief phone call.

We ask that our clients have the same level of commitment when requesting a remake due to fit issues, disclosing all known corrective areas by making notes, taking photos, and shooting video footage if necessary. The more information our design lab receives, the closer they will come to creating the one fit for your smile!

The dental lab does everything in their power to ensure that your veneers are a perfect snap fit before we ship them. However, 12 to 15 percent of our work does have to be adjusted. In these cases, a new model is made from the impressions, and the process is started over at no additional charge. This gives you the chance to re-send additional impressions, photos, videos, notes, and suggestions to our design lab to assist in getting the correct fit for your teeth – all at no additional cost to you!

Generally we try to ship your impression system the following day. All systems are shipped USPS First Class Priority Mail, and depending on your location, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. You’ll have as much time as you need to take your impressions, so there’s no need to rush, but just remember that we can’t start work on your new smile until we receive your usable impressions. Plan on the same 1-3 day window for returning shipping. Once we’ve received usable impressions, Standard Productions takes about 30 days, and our Smile Express takes about 14 – until we have a completed veneer. But please know that all of these times are estimates, and subject to change – and we do not guarantee delivery within any specific time frame.
