Account Information
If you are already a client, you may see what photos we have on file for you at any time by going to the "My Account" area of our website (https://brighterimagelab.com/MyAccount/) and viewing your order.
You can find the "My Account" link at the top left of our website. From there, simply enter your username and password, and a page will appear with your order information.
Click the link to view your order, and near the bottom of the page, you can see which photos are associated with your account.
If you don not see any photos, or you want to upload new photos, or register your warranty, you may use the form provided in the same area.
It is recommended that you utilize this area to upload your own photos so that we may process your case faster. Sending them to a smile representative may cause delays in getting them to our designers, which could add to the time it takes to produce your final veneer.
- Please login to you account at https://brighterimagelab.com/MyAccount
- Click on the appropriate order. Then scroll down to the 'Warranty Claim' area and click 'Start Your Claim Here'.
- Choose to 'Download' or 'Print' the 'Warranty Return Card'.
- Next, upload photos of your broken/damaged veneer and describe what happened using the form provided.
- Once we receive you completed form, we will review the claim and email a return label.
- Return your veneer to us and include the 'Warranty Return Card' hardcopy so that we can process your request.
We ask that our clients have the same level of commitment when requesting a warranty claim, disclosing all known issues by making notes, taking photos, and shooting video footage if necessary.
The more information our design lab receives, the closer they will come to adjusting the veneer to fit your smile!
Our Client Services Representatives are trained to ask questions to find out he specific cause of any fit issues. They are educated on usual problem areas and can usually determine the exact cause of any fit issue within the span of a brief phone call.
We ask that our clients have the same level of commitment when requesting a remake due to fit issues, disclosing all known corrective areas by making notes, taking photos, and shooting video footage if necessary. The more information our design lab receives, the closer they will come to creating the one fir for your smile!
The dental alb does everything thing their power to ensure that your veneers are a perfect snap fit before we ship them. However, 12 to 15 percent of our work does ahve tot be adjusted. In these cases, a new model is made from the impression, and process is started over at no additional charge. This gives you the chance to re-send additional impressions, photos, videos, notes, and suggestions to our design lab to assist in getting the correct fit for your teeth - all at no additional cost to you!
When you place your order by phone or chat, it can take 24-48 hours to enter your order into our system. Even if you place your order online, sometimes those email messages can be delayed for a few hours. If you're concerned that you aren't receiving our emails, try checking your "junk mail" or "spam folders". If that doesn't work, we suggest calling or chatting with a live rep to verify that we have the correct email and cell phone number on record.
You can view your purchase history through the "Account" area on our website.
Simply click on the "Account" button at the top of any page and login. Once you login, you will be able to see your entire purchase history. Here you can update photos, register your warranty, and more.
To update some information such as your address, you will be required to contact a live representative.

If you placed your order by phone or chat, use the email address you supplied to our agent, and your phone nubmer (numbers only - no spaces) as the password.

Please ensure you are using the same email address you entered when you placed your order. It must be spelled exactly the same way. The same goes for the password you provided.

We are designers, not dentists. You supply the impressions that ensures your fit. We take the job from there to complete you a custom finished veneer. However, because we never see our clients' teeth before the impressions are received, we take on the task of designing our best design work for the existing impression.
A considerable effort is made to ensure that every client wants PressOv Veneers or BIL Veneers before ordering. We encourage everyone to talk to our smile representatives by providing contact information in various locations on the website. Please ensure that you are fully committed to our process before you order, including allowing us to remake your veneer up to two (2) times after receiving the initial veneers from us.
