  • What all is involved with making dental veneers?

When you ask us to improve your smile, really, what you’re asking us to do is go to work and create a new redesign over your existing smile. You purchase custom design time & a lab process to make you a custom veneer that fits only your smile. Every job requires re-designing your smile in 3D, using high quality materials to build your custom made veneer, and a unique delivery method for your dental veneer. Explaining the process helps it all make sense.

The following is the average time spent making a custom made veneer. When you purchase Dental Veneers, you’re actually paying for: 3D Design Time, 3D Processing, Lab Costs, & Account Supervision*:

    • 3 Hours designing your veneers in 3D CAD Software.
    • 11 Hours printing your custom veneers on a 3D Printer.
    • 7 Hours in the lab processing & crafting your veneers.
    • 7 Hours in the lab fitting and polishing your veneers.
    • 3 Hours of data entry and customer service.

Throughout each step of the process your account status supervisor tracks the status of your custom made veneer and ensures quality controls are met or exceeded and that your custom veneer is shipped as soon as it is ready.

It takes up to a 15 member crew to design, process, and deliver each custom made veneer. This explains why once we begin, there are NO CASH REFUNDS. The alternative is to work with us as we remake your veneers up to three (3) times.

    * Amounts of time listed are average for one cycle of the process. Amounts listed do not necessarily reflect actual time spent on your veneer.

  • How old do I have to be to order dental veneers?

Making impressions isn’t hard, but it is new for most people. We understand that you may not get it perfect on the first try, so we send enough material to take 3 impressions per arch. That was you’ll have a few tries to get it right. And in addition to the printed instructions, we have multiple videos on our website that show the impression process from start to finish. If you read the instructions, watch the videos, and you’re still nervous, you can call me when you’re ready and I can stay on the phone and walk you through it. We’ve literally helped tens of thousands of people take their own impressions, so there’s no reason you can’t do it to.

  • Who may benefit from your teeth whitening process?

Almost everyone will have noticeable results. Our Lab Direct Teeth Whitening Process will not whiten crowns, fillings, or porcelain veneers past their original color, nor will it whiten the dark areas left by gum recession. Our Lab Direct Teeth Whitening Process will whiten stains left by food and beverage consumption (red wine, coffee, tea), smoking, medication (minocycline and tetracycline), and natural aging.

  • Can I really take my own impressions?

Click here for video answer to can I really take my own impressions

Well, the [impression] system was a big deal. The technology is off the charts. The things that we do every day weren’t possible years ago. The new technology, the new impression material is so incredibly sophisticated that there is no longer any value in paying your doctor 100’s of dollars for him to show you how to make an impression. You also have technology that does what’s called model manipulation. If you didn’t read the instructions, if you sent in a bad impression, and you asked us to build your smile based on a compromised impression we can fix it. If we get a bite mark we can build a smile on it as long as we have a gumline. So with that, that’s all we need is a bottom bite, and a gumline and we’re done, we’ll fix it if it’s bad. The technology is what’s made it. If it wasn’t for the impression system, it would be dead.

  • What is an arch?

“Arch” is just a dental term for a full row of teeth. An upper arch is made up of all your top teeth, and a lower arch is all of your bottom teeth. We can make veneers for just your top arch, just your bottom arch, or both arches together. We recommend getting both arches at the same time, if your budget allows for it, but you know your situation best and we can help you either way.

When you purchase Bilistic Infusion Trays found in our Bilistic Teeth Cleaning Systems, you will receive both the upper and lower arches.

  • What happens when I send you my impressions?

    For Teeth Whitening Clients:

If your impressions are determined to be usable, our lab technicians will use them to create your custom Bilistic Infusion Trays. They will then send them back to you, usually within 24 hours.

    For Dental Veneer Clients:

If your impressions are determined to be usable, our team scans them into 3D CAD/CAM software which allows us to see what your existing smile looks like. We then build a smile to match your existing smile, filling in any missing, cracked, or chipped teeth. We then build a prototype using a 3D Printer and send this back to our technicians where they craft a quality set of PressOn Veneers, made to press on to your existing smile and give you the smile you’ve always dreamed of.

If for some reason, we can’t use the impressions you send us, we’ll make detailed notes about why, give you specific feedback on how to avoid that issue, and send you another impressions system automatically, at no charge. A great veneer starts with a great impression and our job is to help you accomplish that in whatever way we can.

If you have advanced gum disease, very loose teeth, infection or swelling, or any other condition that might prevent you from making impressions of your teeth, we ask that you please consult with your dentist, prior to using our impression system.

  • Why should I order Lab Direct instead of through my dentist?

Pricing is probably the biggest reason our clients choose us over the dentist. When you purchase Lab Direct, you are effectively cutting out the “middle-man”. This saves you not only money, but the time you spend away from work or family on dentist visits. Some clients say dentists have used high pressure sales tactics to sell extravagant treatment plans.

We also offer the convenience of delivery directly to your door or office with lower prices, and faster service as most dentist offices use dental labs like ours to create veneers and custom teeth whitening trays.

So perhaps you should be asking: “Why order things from the dentist that I can do myself from the comfort of my own home?

  • What holds the dental veneer in place?

Click here for video answer to what holds the veneer in place

Well I mentioned that before, the design of the veneer is creative. We had the same concerns when we got started. Now what’s happened is because we’re able to design in microns, remember we’re slicing nail polish. We make a decision based on every smile as to where the curvature of the tooth is. If you were to take the design of your tooth, they always arch more narrow at the top than they do at the bottom, and with that is you have the curve and you have a resin that’s flexible, it pushes on and it holds. This resin holds its position for years, and it really never changes.

Because it’s thin, and because it’s strong, and because it’s flexible, you have the arch of the tooth, you have the arch of the mouth, and you have the curvature of the tooth, all of those. Plus you have the natural suction of the tooth. We used to think that they would be too loose, and that was our concern was that we couldn’t get into it. We always tell them that we always design 100%, not 99, not 101. We’re now perfect, and that design is designed to fit the curvature of that tooth, the arch of that tooth, and the gumline of that tooth and it will hold.

  • Can I eat with dental veneers on?

Click here for video answer to can I eat with them on

Everybody that you’ve seen has a different smile. We always ask people, do not challenge your teeth. It’s not a treatment plan. We haven’t “fixed” your teeth. What we’re asking you to do is survive a social setting. We believe wholeheartedly that the natural smile that you can go back and pick 50% of the people that I showed you and they can all chew away on their veneer. Two of those people need to not challenge it. Three of those people need to slow down when they start chewing on steak. They don’t do anything to fix your teeth. They only replace the appearance of your teeth. They don’t do anything but smile enhancement. So, but they are designed to survive a social setting. If you go to dinner with your friends, you don’t have to take them out. All you have to do is be careful with what it is that you’re entertaining, and make sure that you’re going to be careful. People have been doing it for years, whether they had regular teeth or not. First date, you don’t eat this, you don’t eat that, nobody eats spaghetti, they stay away from certain foods. You’ll do the same thing in a social setting.

  • How long do dental veneers last?

Click here for video answer to how long do removable veneers last

The big deal about removable dental veneers is they’re designed to last you for years and years, but they’re all based on how you take care of them. Some people don’t wear them all the time. Some people only wear them when they’re not at work. Some people wear them when they go out. So all of the bearings, it’s normal wear and tear, but if you treat it like it’s the only veneer you have…If it’s a tool that you use to be part of your monthly makeup, then you’re going to take care of that veneer. If you take care of it, it should last you more than five years.

  • Can I sleep in dental veneers?

Click here for video answer to can I sleep in them

The reason why people ask us if they can sleep with them is because a lot of people who are dating are dating people who don’t know they have a veneer. So we tell them we would appreciate it if they didn’t sleep in them, but a lot of people we know do.

  • How long does it take to make the dental veneers?

Click here for video answer to how long does it take to make the veneers

We have two processes. We have an express that’s 15 days from the date we receive usable impressions. However, because every impression has an individual set of challenges, some of those are replaced with one designer, some have a different level designer. Some have what we call a case consult where a couple of us get together and say what happened.

So we tell everybody 30 days. We do them in batches. That’s how we make them affordable. The 3d Printers takes the same time to do one tooth as they do a plate. We can do 24 sets of what we call full arch removable veneers in the same time to do one, so we do them in batches.

But the majority of clients who come to us are seeing 30 days guaranteed, 15 days guaranteed, and if they do 30 we’re seeing them go out in 21 days. That was one of the challenges when we first got started. It wasn’t a pretty picture, and when we first got started, we tried to put disclaimers, but people were only concerned about 30 days.

PressOn Veneers, Bil Veneers, and IncrediBil Veneers are removable, ultra-thin dental veneers that simply snap over your existing smile. The result of our labor were affordable, beautiful, removable dental veneers without the need for a dentist visit. Dental veneers are a new lease on life for many clients who felt they would have to settle for the reality of their broken, unsightly smiles. They have instilled self-confidence and boosted the self-esteem of countless people all over the world.

PressOn Veneers, Bil Veneers, and IncrediBil Veneers are specifically designed as a cosmetic contrivances. Their sole purpose is to enhance the appearance of a person’s smile. We are design lab professionals, not dentists.

  • Can dental veneers damage the existing teeth?

There is no drilling, shots, grinding, or any other procedure necessary to wear dental veneers. PressOn Veneers, Bil Veneers, and IncrediBil Veneers are completely reversible and cause no damage to existing teeth.

  • Can I still speak with dental veneers in my mouth?

We have clients who are musicians, public speakers, presenters, phone support agents, singers and many other professions that require clear speech. Most people will need some time to adjust to speaking with the veneers In place, but any impediments or lisps can be overcome with practice.

  • Do dental veneers cover missing teeth?

Our veneers are great for people who are missing teeth. The veneer will wrap around your remaining teeth like a shell, and where you’re missing teeth, it will be solid – in the shape of a tooth. Giving you a full, and uniform smile.

Each veneer needs a minimum or 4 teeth in order to hold in place properly, but we really prefer at least 6. With less than that, we have difficulty anchoring the veneer properly and creating a perfect fit becomes a problem. This page explains a little more in depth: https://brighterimagelab.com/am-i-eligible-for-brighter-image-lab/

  • Do dental veneers work with sensitive teeth?

No significant issues regarding tooth sensitivity while wearing removable veneers have been reported to us. We do recognize that our veneers are designed to be tight when a client first tries them on. This tightness does subside as you become acclimated to the veneer. If you experience further pain while wearing the removable veneer, we ask that you discontinue use. Any concerns regarding use of removable dental veneers for clients who have sensitive teeth should be directed to a smile expert.

  • Do dental veneers get stains?

The veneers are made from a nonporous material so they are very stain resistant. As long as you avoid abrasive substances like toothpaste, they shouldn’t stain. Tea, wine, coffee, and tobacco will all appear to stain your PressOn Veneers / Bil Veneers / IncrediBil Veneers just as they stain teeth. Cleaning removable dental veneers is a snap, however. Always use a soft cloth to wipe them clean and soak them in denture cleaner daily.

  • How do I clean my PressOn Veneers / BIL Veneers / IncrediBil Veneers?

The veneers really should be removed at night, and we recommend putting them in our UltraSonic Cleaner with a denture soak (any generic brand will do). We don’t advise eating any challenging foods, i.e, tough meats, harder breads –like bagels or baguettes. And if you do eat in the veneers, we recommend you rinse them thoroughly afterward. We’d also suggest keeping your Veneers in the protective case any time you aren’t wearing them – and always remember that this is purely cosmetic and is not intended to replace the function of your real teeth.

  • Will I ever need a replacement for dental veneers?

Our Veneers are made from similar materials as modern dentures. It is a crystallized resin, originally developed by NASA and is used particularly for its strength and durability. It is designed to last for years with the appropriate care.

  • What shades do your dental veneers come in?

We offer a “Bright White”, a “Natural White”, and a “Natural Stain”. Our most popular shade – by far – is the Natural White. It give the appearance of well-manicured smile, without being overbearing or fake. Generally we only recommend the Bright White for clients who are performers, and need their smile to ‘pop’ from across the room. And the Natural Stain is only for use in extreme cases where the client needs to match discolored teeth.

  • Which teeth can dental veneers cover?

The veneers we make cover the first 8-10 teeth. They don’t go all the way to the back of the mouth. So missing back molars will not prevent you from getting a veneer, but those spaces also won’t be covered or filled.

  • Does dental veneers cover top and bottom teeth?

PressOn Veneers, Bil Veneers, and IncrediBil Veneers are all offered on a per arch basis. The top and bottom teeth arches are created separately and thus require double the effort to create your amazing new smile. As such, to build both arches requires double the cost. From time to time we do offer a discount when clients purchase both arches at the same time. We do also offer 2 Easy Payments to make this more affordable.

  • What is the process for making dental veneers?

When you place your order, we ship you a specialized impression system that has all of the materials and instructions you’ll need to take impressions of your own teeth at home. You’ll also get a pre-paid envelope for returning your completed impressions to our lab. Once we get your impressions we’ll use 3D scanning to create a digital model of your teeth, and our designers use that model to determine the fit and look of your veneers. That design is sent to our lab, where it’s created, and then detailed and polished by hand. Your completed veneer will go through 2 phases of quality control, and eventually be shipped right back to your door.

  • Do I have to get regular fittings?

Once we get your impressions we’ll use 3D scanning to create a digital model of your teeth, and our designers use that model to determine the fit and look of your veneers. As long as they fit your mouth comfortably once you receive your removable veneers, no other work is necessary.

The dental lab does everything in their power to ensure that your veneers are a perfect snap fit before we ship them. However, 12 to 15 percent of our work does have to be adjusted. In these cases, a new model is made from the impressions, and the process is started over at no additional charge.

The Snap On Smile, a lot of people will say are referred to as snap smiles, or their snap on smile dentist. What you’re going to find is that there are other people who say they can do some kind of smile enhancement, and it’s called snap ons.

The problem is the same problem that existed earlier is that we don’t believe they are being made available to the people who need them. You see people who used to do million dollar campaigns about smile enhancement. What happens is they’re really not offering smile enhancement. You get there and they say, “Oh, no, I’d like to show you veneers. Let’s do some bonding. Let’s get you into this. Let’s get you into that. And don’t worry about payments. Don’t worry, we can get you financed.”

And what happens is the person came in to see something they never even saw.

  • What is the difference between dental veneers and dentures?

Our veneers can be a great alternative for people considering dentures, especially if you’re hesitant to have your real teeth removed. However, if you’re wearing full dentures now, the veneers won’t work as a replacement, because you likely don’t have the teeth required to hold the veneers in place.

Some people choose our veneers over dentures, because ours is a pain-free, and procedure free solution. No pulling teeth, no pain or swelling, and no recovery time. Many people are also happy to learn that our veneers don’t cover the roof of your mouth the way dentures do, and make it a much more comfortable – or ‘livable’ solution. Not to mention that our veneers are a reversible decision. If you go with dentures now, you can never get your teeth back, but if you try removable veneers first, you can always decide to get denture later.

Our Lab Direct Process has improved the smiles of over 300,000 clients since 1997, and we stand by every item used in this process, including the Bilistic Infusion Trays. Letting your teeth soak in our Bilistic Infusion Serum allows it to work into the tubulars getting to the pulp of the tooth. This process cleans your teeth better than brushing and flossing alone. We highly recommend all of our clients to use the Bilistic Infusion Trays when beginning the Lab Direct Process.

  • Does the polisher come with any cleaning tools?

When you select any option except the basic polisher system (the lowest option), you will receive Dental Cleaning Tools with your purchase.

  • Can I use the polisher if I have cavities?

The simple answer is, we're not sure. Even though we've successfully sold 100's pf polishers to clients who may have crowns, partials, caps, and fillings - the truth is there are some cases in which it might not work. Product Information: Teeth Whitening

  • What results can I expect?

Many people can see a difference after the first Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening session. Dramatic results usually come in 5 to 6 days. We recommend that the initial Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening process be continued for 12 consecutive days. After those 12 days, you only need to whiten your teeth as often as you want.

If you want a continuous white smile, then you will need to bleach at least once a month. If you just want your teeth white for special occasions, then bleach them the night before and 30 minutes before the event. Most people’s teeth get up to 7 shades whiter in one day using our Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening Process!

  • Is your teeth whitening process safe?

YES! Studies from the Academy of General Dentistry, (AGD Impact, April 1998, p.23), during the past five years have proven the Lab Direct™ Teeth Cleaning Process to be safe and effective. A small percentage of people may experience some tooth sensitivity and gum irritation, which disappears once you stop using the Lab Direct™ Teeth Cleaning Process or by decreasing the amount of time you use the Lab Direct™ Teeth Cleaning Process.

  • Will your teeth whitening process make my teeth sensitive?

Some people experience temporary tooth sensitivity while using the Lab Direct™ Teeth Cleaning Process which always is relieved upon the discontinuation or completion of the Lab Direct™ Teeth Cleaning Process. There are no other significant side effects of the Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening Process.

  • Will your teeth whitening process hurt my gums?

With our Bilistic Infusion Trays™, our Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel should not come into contact with the gums unlike over the counter systems which use boil-n-bite teeth whitening trays. If sensitivity is occurring, try using less Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel. If it persists, try using our Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening Process every two days instead of every day.

  • What is the shelf life for your Bilistic Pure Bleach Gel / Bilistic Detox Serum?

Unrefrigerated, our Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel and Bilistic Detox Serum have a 2 year shelf life. Refrigerating the Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel and Bilistic Detox Serum adds 1 year of shelf life to that 2 years for a total of 3 years. Our Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel and Bilistic Detox Serum are never more than 4-6 weeks old when you receive it because we are the manufacturer. DO NOT FREEZE our Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel or Bilistic Detox Serum!

  • How does your teeth whitening process remove stains?

Our Bilistic Teeth Cleaning system is a unique process designed to clean your teeth before bleaching them. This process starts by using our Bilistic Detox Serum to clean your teeth down into the pores. Removing the layers of tartar and plaque, this detoxification process prepares your teeth to be more receptive to the Bilistic Pure Bleach Gel.

Our Bilistic Pure Bleach™ Gel removes even the toughest stains with a gentle action designed specifically to whiten your teeth. As the active ingredient in the gel (carbamide peroxide) is broken down and oxygen acts upon the remaining stained organic deposits, it oxidizes them into a white color, making the overall tooth color closer to its natural unstained color.

  • Will your process whiten my teeth if I have gum recession?

Some people have gum recession on one or more teeth. Usually, the root surface which becomes visible as gums recedes has an appearance that is somewhat darker than the rest of the tooth. This is because root surfaces are not covered by enamel but are instead composed of another naturally darker material called “dentin”.

The Bilistic Teeth Whitening Process won’t effectively lighten dentin. This means that the color of the root portion of the tooth (which shows where the gum recession has occurred) will not change noticeably as a result of your teeth whitening efforts.

  • Is your teeth whitening process permanent?

No, however, for most people, the treatment will last for many years. Your teeth have become stained in the first place from consuming various foods and beverages. Upon the completion of our initial Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening Process, your teeth are restored to their natural white color. Exposure to foods, drinks such as coffee, colas and red wines, smoking and other consumables will gradually darken teeth again over time. You may want to periodically use our Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening Process. After the initial Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening Process, most people do touchups at least once a month.

  • What are Bilistic Infusion Trays, and how do they work?

The Bilistic Infusion Trays™ are appliances designed to hold the Bilistic Pure Bleach Gel™ and Bilistic Detox Serum™ in place and fit comfortably over the teeth. Bilistic Infusion Trays™ optimize the whitening process by keeping the Bilistic Pure Bleach Gel™ and Bilistic Detox Serum™ in contact with the teeth. Our Bilistic Infusion Trays™ are very thin and very clear, made to fit your teeth exactly.

  • What is the difference between the boil-n-bite whitening mouthpieces and the Bilistic Infusion Trays?

They help you save Bilistic Pure Bleach Gel™ and Bilistic Detox Serum™ and are better for people who may have sensitivities to teeth whitening gels on their gums. • Are there any side effect to your teeth whitening process?

Some people experience temporary tooth sensitivity during the Bilistic™ Teeth Cleaning Process which always is relieved upon the discontinuation or completion of the Bilistic™ Teeth Cleaning Process. There are no other significant side effects.

  • What is included in the teeth whitening system?

You return these impressions in the pre-addressed stamped envelope back to us and then we will process your impression trays the same day we receive them, just like we would do for a doctor, and mail them back to you at no additional cost.

  • Why is your teeth whitening process better than laser whitening?

Our Bilistic Teeth Cleaning™ Process is More Effective Than Laser!

Using a laser with a teeth whitening gel, laser whitening is an in-office teeth whitening system. The translucent teeth whitening gel is applied to the teeth and a laser light is used to activate the crystals to absorb the energy from the light and penetrate the teeth enamel to increase the whitening effect on the teeth.

The length of time spent in the cosmetic dentist’s chair whitening your teeth depends on the degree of discoloration you have.

Many dentists are moving away from using lasers for teeth whitening since they find the heat source is much too difficult to control, and new studies show the result differences to be similar, or even inferior when compared with the Bilistic Teeth Cleaning™ Process.

Costs can vary depending upon the area you live in and the type of whitening treatment you undergo. Laser teeth whitening typically runs from $500 to over $1000 for the complete procedure.

Generally speaking, the price of laser teeth whitening increases with the number of in-office treatments required by the patient. Dental insurance does not typically cover the cost of any teeth whitening procedure as it is considered a cosmetic procedure.

  • Does your teeth whitening process work on tetracycline or minocycline discoloration?

Yes as shown by the following article:

CHICAGO (January 23, 2001) The Academy of General Dentistry

New findings reveal how a tooth whitening procedure – typically not an option for those children with tetracycline-stained teeth – can be effective for lightening dark, intrinsic stains, with results lasting more than four and a half years, according to the Academy of General Dentistry.

“Before this study, people with tetracycline stains were considered poor candidates for nightguard vital bleaching,” explains Ralph H. Leonard Jr., DDS, MPH, who has spent more than 10 years researching this topic, also known as a common tooth whitening procedure. “Until recently, crowns, veneers or internal bleaching were patients’ primary cosmetic options for alleviating stains caused by tetracycline.”

Tetracycline is an antibiotic that was widely used in the past primarily to treat ear infections in children. When the drug is taken during tooth formation and development, it can cause dark, intrinsic discolorations of teeth — staining the tooth from the inside out. The teeth may be stained various shades of yellow, gray, brown or bluish-black with horizontal bands during the time in which the drug was taken.

Minocycline, a drug in the tetracycline family, is also capable of discoloring teeth. Minocycline is widely used today to treat severe acne in adolescents. Consumers, dentists and medical doctors should be aware of the possible tooth staining effects of minocycline therapy.

Patients with tetracycline stains on the lower two-thirds of the tooth (the biting edge) may see a better cosmetic result than those that have stains on the upper third of the tooth, near the gum line.

Tooth bleaching is the whitening method used to treat tetracycline stains. Stains can be lightened in many cases with extended treatment time and with minimal side effects. “Most commonly reported side effects are tooth sensitivity and gum irritation; both disappear soon after completion of the whitening,” says Dr. Leonard.

Patients are fitted with custom mouth tray for application of the whitening gel. The patient will place the gel in the tray and wear the tray for four to eight hours a day or at night until a desirable cosmetic results is obtained. In many cases, it may be four to eight weeks for the desired effect to occur, but it could take six or more to obtain the result, due to extensive staining.

“This whitening method shows that tetracycline-stained teeth can be whitened successfully,” reports Dr. Leonard. “Patients who participated in the study were overwhelmingly positive about the results, were glad they had participated in the study and would recommend the procedure to others.”

The Academy of General Dentistry is a non-profit organization of more than 37,000 general dentists dedicated to staying up-to-date in the profession through continuing education. A general dentist is the primary care provider for patients of all ages and is responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, management and overall coordination of services related to patient’s oral health needs.

  • Can your teeth whitening process whiten crowns, bridges, or porcelain veneers?

Our Bilistic Teeth Cleaning™ Process can lighten teeth which have porcelain veneers. Our Bilistic Teeth Cleaning™ Process will not make a color change in the dental work you have already had done but can remove discoloration from staining. This includes restorations such as: white fillings, bonding, crowns, and bridges. In most cases, a person’s teeth should undergo our Bilistic Teeth Cleaning™ Process first and then afterwards their dental work done to match the new shade of their teeth.

Competitive Teeth Whitening is the same type of teeth whitening that is required for top models, pageant contestant, public speakers. It’s for clients who really want to get the whitest results possible. At Brighter Image™, all we do is competitive teeth whitening.

  • What is full cure teeth whitening?

A full curing is when the teeth are whitened past the surface of the tooth. • I can’t make my payment this week!

The sooner you can notify the financing company of this, the better they can assist you in resolving this issue. Send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] specifying what week the payment cannot be made, and on what date you can make the payment. Please note that rescheduling one payment will not necessarily reschedule them all.

  • I got an email about problems with the deposit?

Please contact the financing company at [email protected] as soon as possible. Your order has been placed on hold while your account is debited the amount of the security deposit.

  • I think you charged the down payment twice?

When this happens, it is usually because the financing company required a security deposit on top of the down payment. • Why did you report me to the credit bureau?

The financing company does not pay the Lab Direct pricing when they place an order on your behalf. We offer our Lab Direct clients this discount as a benefit, but the downside is having to pay the entire amount within 30 days. If you cannot afford to do this or would like to build your credit portfolio, we recommend financing the veneers to both split the cost into smaller, more manageable payments, and to help build your credit rating up by making payments on time.

  • Do you guys do a credit check?
Yes, when you submit your application, you will be asked for your permission to pull a copy of your credit report. The financing company will access and review your credit report and their inquiry will then be listed on your report in the future. Some people refer to this as a "hard credit check".
  • Can I buy one arch now and add the other arch later?

Once you enter into an agreement with the finance company and sign your contract, we cannot add or remove anything from the order. The best time to decide is when you place your initial order. We have worked with the finance company to keep the payments low - less than a $2 difference - for both double and single arch selections.

  • How can I track my shipment?

We send tracking with almost all shipments we send to our clients. When we create a shipping label, our software sends an email with the tracking information to your email address on file.

Within this email, you should find a link to the tracking information whether it is with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.

Alternatively, you may also login to the 'My Account' area on our website (https://brighterimagelab.com/MyAccount/) and login. Click 'View Order' of the shipment you want to track. Then click 'Track Your Order'. A box will popup with your tracking information.

Clicking the number next to 'Tracking Number' will take you to tracking information on your shipment.

Please note that we cannot control your package once it has been shipped. All processing times noted on our website are our lab processing estimates and do not necessarily reflect shipping times.

If this still does not work, you may need to call or chat with a live representative to obtain access. Please have the email address and phone number for your account ready for our agent to verify.

  • Did you receive my impressions?

You can ensure we received your impressions from the "My Account" area of our website (https://brighterimagelab.com/MyAccount/).

Simply login by clicking "My Account" at the top of our website. Once you sign in by using the username and password that you created your account with, you will see a list of orders you have made. On the left side of the order listing, you will see a status. If the status is 'Processing: Impressions Received*', you can be sure that we have received your impressions and our staff is working to get the veneers back to you in a timely fashion.

If the status reads 'Order: System Shipped', then it is likely we have not yet received your impressions. If it has been less than 5 business days, we ask that you give it a few days to reach us. Otherwise, please contact our smile specialists by chat, email or phone and let us know.

If for some reason, we can't use the impressions you send us, we'll make detailed notes about why, give you specific feedback on how to avoid that issue, and send you another impressions system automatically, at no charge. A great veneer starts with a great impression and our job is to help you accomplish that in whatever way we can.

We recommend you call one of our trained smile specialists to help walk you through the process of making impressions if you have been asked to remake them or if you do not feel comfortable making the impressions.

  • Can you use the impressions from a previous order?

There are a number of reasons why we do not normally use the same impressions more than once. We may have discarded your impressions, your teeth may have shifted, or we may need a better impression of your gum line to complete the order. If you would still like to use the same impressions, please chat with a live representative who can verify whether this may be a possibility for you.

  • How do you make these available to people who need it most?

Click here for video answer to how do you make these available to the people who need it the most

All the time, we’re behind. We have more clients than we can take. What happens is we tell them if you just want to fix your teeth, if you want a Jessica Simpson smile, or you want to look like Halle Berry, or you want to look like Jennifer Anniston or Julia Roberts, then you know we can help you, but you’re not our guy. And because we deal with people that have issues. People that have real concerns and real challenges. We don’t mind doing them, but we don’t want you in line if we’re booked up.

  • Do you have any locations where I can come in for an appointment?

Click here for video answer to so you don't have any locations where I can come in for an appointment

    Absolutely not.

Everything we do is done through the website. What happens is almost everybody starts out with a search. You gotta realize, we knew that the search was the way for us to grow because we knew that either something was wrong, something was happening, and there’s never been a better time to talk to somebody than when they are searching.

It’s the best way for us to have a solution oriented conversation that didn’t involve dental treatment. That didn’t involve dentistry. My fear with that before is that if we open up stores or we get close to what doctors are doing, you get back to dentistry, dentistry, dentistry.

For the first time we wanted to say no dentistry, and we only wanted to deal initially with people who were a challenge, who were trying to solve an alternative to a challenge. We think that online is the best way for us to have an arms-length transaction, to be designers, to use technology, and innovation.

  • Do you do any work outside the US?

Click here for video answer to do you do any work outside the US

We do a lot of US work, but I would say 40% our business is non-US based.

It’s growing to the point that it’s not equal. We actually shut advertising off and we blocked ourselves from certain countries in order to not get an inherited amount. UK, Australia, Canada is on our schedule daily. We want to be sensitive about how we’re dealing with it.

We just now got some contracts from DHL and FedEx that guarantees that if we take a foreign account form Canada, or from the UK, or Australia, or Ireland or any of the countries around there, we can get a 5 day delivery, either way.

All we try to do is be super sensitive and try go get people who are sober on both sides of the phone. We’re not excited about getting accounts/cases that we can’t mature, and we don’t want anyone getting excited about a case that’s going to have some complication.

One of the commitments that we had was to never drop below what we would consider 100% every time. Everything that we do is 100%, so that’s why we’re real careful about going after other countries.

I have to tell you that I’ve never been more appreciated in the UK. I’ve never been more appreciated in Australia. I’ve never been more appreciated in Ireland. The work that we do for those people is so profound.

Every day we are getting a “thank you” letter, and I can’t remember being in a business, knowing of a business where people would actually give you money, stop, send you pictures and a “thank you” card, and a letter that says, “I want to appreciate what you’ve done for me, you don’t know what you did.”

  • How do you eliminate the need for a dentist?

New technology has made making an impression so easy that a dentist is no longer necessary for making a quality bite impression. Most dentists send their work to design labs like ours, so we were able to eliminate the dentist from the process, saving you hundreds!

PressOn Veneers and BIL Veneers are specifically designed as cosmetic contrivances. Their sole purpose is to enhance the appearance of a person’s smile. When missing, broken, or chipped teeth are involved, our veneers only replace the appearance of these smile issues. If you have a need that exceeds the appearance of your smile, you may not be a suitable candidate for the PressOn Veneers or BIL Veneers contrivances, as they are not suitable for any other use. We are design lab professionals, not dentists.

  • Why is the cost for your products so much less than going to the dentist?

You are not paying the cost of $200 to $300 an hour in the dentist chair. You are buying Lab Direct™, taking your impressions yourself and sending them back to us at the lab instead of paying a dentist to do it for you. It’s simple – At Brighter Image™ Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening is all that we do and buying direct from the lab saves you $100’s!

  • Who is Brighter Image Lab?

Brighter Image™ Dental Laboratory is not a web-only company. Some competitors operate out of a basement with little or no inventory and no live help on the phone. Brighter Image™ Dental Laboratory has full time trained agents ready to answer any questions and help you with your order (over 90% of calls are answered within 15 seconds). We realize that while the Internet makes ordering easy and efficient, it’s nice to be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone if you need help.

  • How long have you been in business?

We’ve been in the Lab Direct dental business since 1997. In the last 24 years we have served over 500,000 clients from all over the world. While those numbers are impressive within themselves, we have also earned a 94.4% satisfaction rating from our clients. We take pride in being the only 5 Star Dental Lab, and we aim to keep that title.

  • What are your hours of operation?

While our website runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Brighter Image™ Staff is available by phone 5 days a week, and some weekend hours:

Mon-Fri 24 hours a day, Saturday and Sunday hours may vary.

  • Is Brighter Image Lab a web only company?

Brighter Image™ is not a web-only company. Some companies operate with little or no inventory and no live help on the phone. Brighter Image Lab™ has full time trained agents ready to answer any questions and help you with your order (over 90% of calls are answered within 15 seconds). We realize that, while the Internet makes ordering easy and efficient, it’s nice to be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone if you need help.

  • Why do you sell your products Lab Direct instead of through dentists?

Back when we were exclusively in the Teeth Whitening business, Dentists would routinely charge as much as $800 dollars for Teeth Whitening Systems IDENTICAL to our Lab Direct™ Teeth Whitening - and as you would expect, their results are no better than ours. And the dentist doesn’t even do the work! Their assistants take the impressions of your teeth, their assistants send your impressions to a dental lab (just like ours), and their assistants apply the treatment or send you home with it it to do yourself! The dentist does very little (usually none) of the work, and makes all the money.

When it comes to fairly priced Teeth Whitening, Lab Direct™ is the way to go. The magic of our Bilistic Lab Direct Teeth Whitening™ service is in our ability to provide both Custom Fitted Whitening Trays, and our professional strength Bilistic Pure Gel™. If we build your Teeth Whitening Trays and you apply the Bilistic Pure Gel™, the why would you ever pay a dentist to get involved? You wouldn’t. You shouldn’t.

The same is true for our dental veneers. Many dentists like to criticize our product, conveniently ignoring the fact that removable veneers are sold in dentist offices all over the country. So do they really have a problem with our veneers or are they just upset we make it impossible for them to profit off of you?

Professional Strength Teeth Whitening starting at $71, and Veneers for as little as $795. And none of that would be possible if it weren’t for our Lab Direct™ process. Ask us about how to get started.

  • Do you use dentists in your process?

Click here to learn why you can't buy these through a dentist

No, there’s no dentists on our staff, and the reason being is because the laws right now are so strong that you can’t, and we don’t want them. We don’t need them. If you were to give me 1,000 dentists today, I have nothing against any of them, but none of them know how to make a removable dental veneer. Less than 1% of the doctors in this country have the technology that allows them to improve someone’s smile without doing dentistry, and the reason being is it’s not profitable. So we try to separate ourselves, even when clients call us. We have doctors who call us and say, “Can you do this for a client?” And that’s what we tell them. We don’t mind helping your client, but we always deal with the client personally.

Delivery Information

  • When will I receive my dental veneers?

Generally we try to ship your impression system the following day. All systems are shipped USPS First Class Priority Mail, and depending on your location, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. You’ll have as much time as you need to take your impressions, so there’s no need to rush, but just remember that we can’t start work on your new smile until we receive your usable impressions. Plan on the same 1-3 day window for returning shipping. Once we’ve received usable impressions, Standard Productions takes about 30 days, and our Smile Express takes about 14 – until we have a completed veneer. But please know that all of these times are estimates, and subject to change – and we do not guarantee delivery within any specific time frame.

Returns and Adjustments

  • What if my dental veneers do not fit properly?

The dental lab does everything in their power to ensure that your veneers are a perfect snap fit before we ship them. However, 12 to 15 percent of our work does have to be adjusted. In these cases, a new model is made from the impressions, and the process is started over at no additional charge up to two (2) times.

We strongly recommend that you call one of our smile specialists to receive phone instructions if you are directed to re-make your impressions.

  • Why are there no refunds or cancellations once the order is processed?

After designing 70,000 veneers, we found a percentage of people are simply not committed to our Lab Direct Process. At any point in time, our lab is working on 250-300 clients. In an effort to keep pricing low, we have to know when a client places an order, they are committed to work with us to have his/her veneer made.

While we may present cases similar to yours on our website, we cannot guarantee similar results or your satisfaction with your results. After reviewing the cases we show on our website, you determine whether you are qualified for PressOn Veneers or BIL Veneers. From the moment we process your order, our design lab begins the process to create your removable dental veneers. This allows us to keep our pricing competitive. Once our lab receives the impressions and photos of your smile that you supply, a considerable amount of time, effort, labor, and costly materials is invested to complete the process. It is for this reason that there are No Cancellations and No Refunds.

  • What if I don’t like my dental veneers?

Our Client Services Representatives are trained to ask questions to find out the specific cause of any fit issues. They are educated on usual problem areas and can usually determine the exact cause of any fit issue within the span of a brief phone call.

We ask that our clients have the same level of commitment when requesting a remake due to fit issues, disclosing all known corrective areas by making notes, taking photos, and shooting video footage if necessary. The more information our design lab receives, the closer they will come to creating the one fit for your smile!

The dental lab does everything in their power to ensure that your veneers are a perfect snap fit before we ship them. However, 12 to 15 percent of our work does have to be adjusted. In these cases, a new model is made from the impressions, and the process is started over at no additional charge. This gives you the chance to re-send additional impressions, photos, videos, notes, and suggestions to our design lab to assist in getting the correct fit for your teeth – all at no additional cost to you!

  • What if I change my mind?

Once you place your custom order, we begin creating your custom dental veneers. Once this process begins, we cannot re-use the materials applied to your custom order. It is for this reason that we do not offer any “change of mind” warranty.

We do all we can to avoid clients with unreasonable expectations, the majority of clients who change their mind do so because they are unhappy with the results of the first veneer they receive. Our limited warranty does cover up to two (2) remakes. You can rest assured that we do not intend to leave any client unsatisfied wherever possible, but it is possible!

    • Three common reasons for client dissatisfaction:
    • Client doesn’t like the look of the veneers
    • Client feels the veneers are too think or bulky
    • Client feels the veneers are hard to get used to

We are designers, not dentists. You supply the impressions that insures your fit. We take the job from there to complete you a custom finished veneer. However, because we never see our clients’ teeth before the impressions are received, we take on the task of designing our best design work for the existing impression.

    Change Mind Client

This client changed her mind after receiving her veneer. She told us because she was unhappy, she decided to go to the dentist instead. We have gone through great expense to deliver veneers, and we feel the veneers she received look good enough to justify the work. Her refund request was therefore denied, and she was requested to continue the process of remaking the veneer.

A considerable effort is made to ensure that every client wants PressOn Veneers or BIL Veneers before ordering. We encourage everyone to talk to our smile representatives by providing contact information in various locations on the website. Please ensure that you are fully committed to our process before you order, including allowing us to remake your veneer up to two (2) times after receiving the initial veneers from us.

  • What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Brighter Image™ offers a results satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your custom product, all you have to do is simply contact us or fill out the RFA (return for adjusment) form in your account. You’ll be asked to return the custom product in accordance with the terms and conditions and we’ll remake or repair the fit. We want you to be able to trust our company and be completely satisfied with your purchase. Read our terms and conditions for more details.

  • Can you send packaging to return my veneers?

We do not provide packaging for adjustment and warranty requests. We may, however, provide you with a return shipping label at our discretion.

  • How can I find the return label that was sent to me?

If you are waiting for a return label, it should be sent to the email address you have on file by either stamps.com if you live within the US, or fedex.com if you live outside the US. If you still cannot find it, please double check your spam folder and make sure you are checking the correct email. If you find there are still issues, you can chat or call us to verify we have the correct email address on file.
